With almost 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have gained a passion for helping people lose weight and build muscle while building new habits and behaviours that will support your New Version.
With my military background, Science-backed Coaching, and passion for human performance and well-being I have developed a specific skill set that enables me to achieve great results for clients of any background.

I’m based in a Private Gym located in Manchester City centre called Train urban which specialises in Personal Training Services Only (not an average commercial gym).
Equipped with top-range equipment, a team of amazing professionals, and my data tracking systems, this facility provides the perfect environment for the success of my client goals and allows me to deliver top premium coaching services.
I know from experience that no matter what background or fitness level you are at if you’re willing to work very hard and stay consistent anyone can have amazing results.

But why is it so hard to build muscle?
I found that people in general tend to only focus on the training aspect disregarding another essential aspect of muscle building.
It’s important to address things like:
Nutrition – to create the perfect environment to build new muscle tissue you have to support your training with the right nutrition. Without a tailored macronutrient program and established energy balance goal you will not create the perfect conditions to build new muscle tissue.
Recovery/Lifestyle – neglecting things like sleep quality, stress management, and recovery periods will compromise your performance in the gym and slow down your chances of building muscle mass.

Mental health and well-being are overlooked a lot of times but not in my programs. A big part of my program is education and how you can use exercise and nutrition to improve your mental health and well-being.
I use science-based methods, nutrition, and supplementation protocols that helped many of my clients reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress and help them not just look good but feel even better.
With my check-in system and integrated message system, I can gather information about any client in real time and assist them whenever they need me the most.
