Does this work if I've never trained before?

Yes. About 40% of my clients started from zero. The plan adapts to your level. We start where you are. Not where you think you should be.
Do I need to go to a gym?

No. I build plans for home training, gym, or outdoors. I adapt around your equipment and what you actually prefer.
Are you based in Manchester? Can I train with you in person?

Yes. I run a private studio in the Northern Quarter, Manchester city centre. Three ways to train in person: a £60 trial session, blocks of 10 or 20, or a monthly Membership with app + nutrition included. See the "In-person" section above for details.
How much time a week do I need to commit?

3 to 5 hours of training per week. I adapt to your availability. Consistency matters far more than volume.
Will you coach me for an Ironman or marathon?

Yes. Proper periodisation, heart-rate zones, and swim / bike / run programming. Whatever distance you're training for. Tell me the race and date on your application.
What if I don't see results?

If you follow the plan and we don't see progress after three months, I rebuild the programme at no extra cost. My commitment is the same as yours. This is long-term work, not a 90-day sprint.
Why don't you sell "90-day transformations"?

Because they don't stick. Fast transformations come and go. I've seen it in every one of my 400+ clients. What stays are the changes built over months, not weeks. I'd rather be honest with you now than sell you a promise I can't actually keep.
